Use this form to ask us to delete your Psio account and the information we hold about you, to send you a copy, or to correct it. You can also email help@psio.app from the address on your account.
What happens next
- We confirm your identity, usually by replying to the email address on your account.
- We respond within 45 days, or tell you within that time if we need up to 45 more days.
- If you use Psio through a clinic, we work with the clinic, which may need to keep some records by law.
- When we delete your account, we also delete your information from our service providers, and it leaves our backups within 35 days.
